Ducassi Suites Beach Club & Spa Rooftop Pool Punta Cana, Punta Cana

During my stay, the hotel had some nice aspects like the spacious room and a lovely rooftop pool, but it was marred by cleanliness issues and a lack of basic amenities. The service left much to be desired, especially the unhelpful staff. While the location was convenient for local bars and restaurants, the overall experience didn't meet my expectations.
